Kwana Jackson known to most as KJ, is a certified HR Practitioner, Talent Strategist, and Founder & Principal Consultant of Kynder Konsulting a certified woman-owned small business.
Before launching the firm, KJ served in leadership roles for some of the nation’s most recognized brands for over 20 years. With cross-industry leadership experience, Kwana is a sought after Talent Strategist and Executive Search Partner. Her track record includes delivering strategic talent solutions for Fortune 500 companies and privately held firms, hiring over 6,000+ candidates collectively across industries. Kwana provides comprehensive consulting services to clients and candidates nationwide.
As a Board Member of the Greater Henry County SHRM, Kwana provides strategic HR consulting support to schools and local businesses throughout Henry County and surrounding communities, while also serving as Director of Social Media.
